I have been a resident of Tweed Council for 4-1/2 years and retired for almost 15 years, and a volunteer in various ways to assist the community. In my working life: • Hold a Certificate in Counselling & Communication and a Certificate of Clinical Supervision. I provided education for families supporting a person with Mental Health Issues as a volunteer • A company secretary for 10 years before having my family, then sold teaching aids to schools to have school hours & school holidays • Patient Liaison Officer for the Cardiothoracic Office at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital • Regional Coordinator for a 3 year Mental Health Project with Carers NSW, which included a longitudinal education evaluation to family members • Carer Support Officer for SWSAHS • Carer Support Coordinator for Australian Foundation for Disability
