• Moved from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Tweed area in 2016 • 40 year career in the Travel Industry, with various travel organisations. • 1988 – 1997 Director of sales DriveAway Holidays • 1997 – 2003 Managing Director of DriveAway Holidays • 2003 – 2016 Owner/Operator - World Drive Holidays. • 2016 - Joined Kingscliff Tennis Club • 2017 - Volunteered for Committee in 2017 and elected Vice President. • 2019 – 2022 Vice President & Treasurer • 2022-2024 - President & Treasurer Kingscliff Tennis Club • Introduced Pickleball to Kingscliff Tennis Club in 2020, as part of plan to diversify the club, b broaden appeal to the community, attract new members & increase revenue. • From 2019 – 2024 - Oversaw a 300% growth in Memberships & turnover. • August 2024 - Resigned from Kingscliff Tennis Club, due to disagreements with fellow committee members opposed to Pickleball and associated noise issues. • Nov 2024 – Formed Kingscliff Pickleball Club Inc, and elected President. • Member NSW Pickleball Assoc & Pickleball Assoc Australia since 2021.
