Council proposes to classify the land as operational land. The intended use of the land is for road, wastewater and sewage infrastructure.


What is Operational Land?

Operational land ordinarily comprises land held as an asset or as an investment, land which facilitates Council carrying out its functions or land which may not be open to the general public.
