Proposed road closure, Tygalgah

No submissions were received. At its meeting on 21 April 2022, Council resolved to close the road and transfer the land as compensation for acquiring part of a private property for a road realignment project.

Proposed road closure

Council proposes to close part of a council public road being Racecourse Road, Tygalgah (west of Lot 4 DP 802226) indicated as Lot 2 on the map.

Council is proposing closure of that part of the road to give the land as compensation for the acquisition of part of private property indicated as Lot 3 on the map for the purpose of road realignment.
