Ideal mossie repellant - free fish from Council - are they still available?

What a fabulous idea this is - hope it is still going - Council provided us with local native fish that are specialist mossie egg and larvae eaters - we have them in all 5 of our ponds happily eating away and breeding - no need to restock - just don't put bigger fish in there and they'll stay safe - really sound idea TSC - thank you =)
