Final stages to develop Sustainable Agriculture Strategy

Council is entering the final stages of community engagement to develop the Tweed Sustainable Agriculture Strategy, with a number of opportunities for the community to provide input during the next few months.

Council staff will be available to discuss options for a sustainable agriculture future when they attend the Murwillumbah Show on 6 and 7 November and at the Murwillumbah Farmers' Market on 11 November.

Tell us what you think about agriculture and Council’s involvement with the farming community by completing the questionnaire. Everyone who completes the questionnaire online or at the information stalls will have a chance to win vouchers to spend at the local farmers' market.
