Proposed Road Closure, Tweed Valley Way, Fernvale (under section 38B Roads Act 1993)

Council proposes to close the council public road listed below:

• Tweed Valley Way, Fernvale adjacent to Lot 1 DP592650

Once the road is closed, Council intends to sell the land to an adjoining land owner.
