What is proposed?

Amend the Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Tweed LEP 2014) in order to secure dwelling entitlement for the property at 51 Rock Road, Bungalora (Lot 2 DP880732).
Create a Dwelling Opportunity Map (DOM) to use as a tool to deal with dwelling entitlements for undersized rural allotments in the Tweed Shire.
An additional clause applicable to all rural land identified under the DOM generally:
"The lots or group of lots identified as having 1 Dwelling opportunity on the Dwelling Opportunity Map."
This Planning Proposal is referred to as PP21/0002 and applies to Tweed Shire.
