Tweed Kenya Mentoring Program - Safe Water 4
Senior Construction Engineer Nigel Dobson became the fourth Council employee to travel to Africa as part of the Tweed Kenya Mentoring Program, volunteering his time and skills to oversee the construction of a dam outside the village of Obambo Kadenge.
Mr Dobson was part of a team of volunteers who returned from Kenya this month following a successful four-week mission to improve health, education and water quality at the impoverished village.
