The Tweed Coast koala population has declined by approximately 50 per cent in the last decade and Tweed Shire Council has prepared a draft management plan to help it recover.
The draft Tweed Coast Comprehensive Koala Plan of Management is now on public exhibition until Tuesday 2 December 2014.
