Submissions for the Expressions of Interest opened on 14 August and closed on 4 September 2024.



Council is inviting Expressions of interest (EOI) for a licensee to manage Limpinwood Community Hall operations.

Successful applicants will be granted a license to oversee the hall's activation, including general usage, hire and maintenance.

Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be an incorporated not- for-profit Community Organisation (proof of non-profit status will be required)
  • Have proven financial capacity (copies of audited financial statements required)
  • Demonstrate ability to activate the space for community benefit.

Applicant must not be a commercial, sole trader and/or profit-making organisation.

EOIs must be submitted no later than 5pm Wednesday 4 September 2024 either online via the form below or by visiting a Council administration building and requesting a paper form.

EOIs will be evaluated by a selection panel based on criteria aligned with Council's priority areas, strategies, and legislative and regulatory frameworks.

    This will help ensure that the hall is well-maintained, financially viable, and actively serves the community's needs.
