No submissions were received. Council approved granting a new five-year lease for the use of Council-managed Crown land and applied to the Minister for consent. The Minister provided consent, and the lease has been finalised.
Proposed lease of Council-managed Crown land
Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of Council-managed Crown land. The land has previously been managed by the proposed lessee, and the previous agreement has expired. Council now proposes to enter into a new five-year lease agreement with them for their use of the land.

Permitted Use: Community Purposes
