How do I call to report illegally dumped rubbish?
If you see illegally dumping please report it to the EPA at www.ridonline.epa.nsw.gov.au
Or call the 24-hour hotline on 131 555.
Anyone who suspects or witnesses illegal dumping is encouraged to contact Council. Illegal dumping is an offence and on the spot fines up to $4,000 can apply if anyone is found to be dumping illegally.
We are all responsible for the waste we generate, so let’s keep our city looking good.
What if someone dumps rubbish in front of my house?
Please report it to Council on 0266 702 400 and provide as much information as possible to assist Council in identifying the offender.
How do I book a free kerb side pick-up?
Households with a domestic wheelie bin collection service qualify for two (2) collections (per financial year) of larger items, which do not fit into the red lid landfill bin.

Where is Councils Resource Recovery Centre?
Stotts Creek Resource Recovery Centre is open 7am – 3.45pm weekdays and weekends 9am-3:45pm. Leddays Creek Road, Stotts Creek, Off Tweed Valley Way.
