In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Tweed Shire Council proposes to grant a license for pedestrians and vehicles to access the property across community land:

Property: Part Lot 6 DP872039, Hastings Road, Bogangar as outlined in the location diagram shown below.

Term: 5 year license.

Proposed Permitted Use: Vehicle and pedestrian access to the Licensee's Land, identified by the shaded area in the drawing below.

Licensee: HC Property Group Pty Ltd.



Property: Part Lot 6 DP872039, Hastings Road, Bogangar
