On 1 December 2022 Council resolved to approve the amended contribution plan.


Tweed Shire Council is inviting comments on the Draft Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No. 15 - Developer Contributions for Community Facilities (CP 15).

What is the plan about?

The plan outlines the contributions developers must provide towards local infrastructure including community facilities such as community centres and multipurpose spaces. The plan has been updated to reflect the need for these new facilities to meet the latest growth projections.

What has been updated?

The plan has been updated to make sure the community benefits from land development in the Tweed.
