This consultation has concluded. This notice of intention to repeal opened on 1 March 2023 and notice of intention to repeal concluded on 15 March 2023.

At its meeting of 16 February 2023, Council resolved to publishing a notice advising of its intention to repeal Contribution Plan 21 – Terranora Village Estate Version 2.0.10 in accordance with Clause 215 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 for a period of not less than 14 days.


No matters were raised during the notification period regarding CP21 – Terranora Village Estate Open Space and Community Facilities.

A subsequent report to Council at its meeting on 16 April 2023 confirmed this and Council resolved to repeal CP 21.

Council have completed a review of Council's Contribution Plan CP 21 – Terranora Village Estate open space and community facilities - and proposes to repeal CP 21 in accordance with Section 215(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.


Why?

The Works Schedule, consisting of 4 projects, is considered complete except for one project that is no longer possible as the hall has been demolished. A new community facility is proposed for Terranora in the shire wide CP 15 - Developer Contributions for Community Facilities.
