Council proposes to enter into a new one-year licence agreement with Tweed Heads Community Pre-school

In accordance with section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Tweed Shire Council proposes to grant a licence in respect of Council-owned Community Land.

Property: Part Lot 1 DP1082080 as indicated in yellow by the location diagram

Term: One(1) Year

Permitted Use: Community Pre-school

Licensee: Tweed Heads Community Pre-school Incorporated ABN 68 137 050 348
