Background To enable the community to access and enjoy all the services and facilities that Tweed has to offer, Council owns and maintains a large portfolio of assets.
With an infrastructure asset replacement value of over $2.6 billion, it is vital that Council manages these assets efficiently to maintain safe, reliable and efficient services that help achieve the strategic priorities and goals of Council. We need to adequately plan for the renewal of assets and the development of new assets to meet the needs of the community, now and into the future.
