In accordance with section 162(1) of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice that it proposes to name the roads dedicated in a plan of subdivision of Lot 1 in DP232745, Lot 10 in DP1071301, Lot 2 in DP1139059 and Lot 2 in DP1156966 (DA19/0875) in South Murwillumbah, Tweed Shire as shown below:

A period of 15 working days from the date of this notice is allowed for any person to lodge a written objection to the proposed naming. Any objections should state clearly the reasons for such objections.
Objections: Post to the General Manager, Quarry Road Subdivision, Tweed Shire Council, PO Box 816, Murwillumbah, 2484 or email tsc@tweed.nsw.gov.au.
Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
Submissions closed at 5 pm on Wednesday 26 October 2022.
