Tweed Shire Council proposes to close a section of the Council public road listed below:
Unnamed Council Road next to Prince Street, Murwillumbah (near 38 Brisbane Street, Lot 1 DP524512)
Upon closure of the road, Council intends to sell the land to a neighbouring property owner.

Council is inviting feedback from community members on the proposed road closure.
Once the public notice period is completed, Tweed Shire Council will consider all submissions before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.
Written submissions relating to this proposal are to be made by no later than 5pm on Wednesday 22 January 2025 to Council via:
Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
