Council proposes to enter into a new five-year licence agreement with Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW Ltd

In accordance with section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Tweed Shire Council proposes to grant a licence in respect of Council-owned Community Land.

Property: Part Lot 1 DP1082080 as indicated by black hatching in the location diagram.

Term: Five (5) Years

Permitted Use: Youth (12-24 years) and community sport and recreation centre.

Licensee: Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW Ltd
