Council is in the process of acquiring Drainage Reserve (Lot 112 in DP1308587), Sewer Pump Station (Lot 113 in DP1308587) and Drainage Reserve (Lot 317 in DP1305892) in a proposed plan of subdivision at Kings Forest Estate (Lot 2 in DP1270901)
Council proposed to resolve to classify the land as operational land. The Lot (s) are highlighted in yellow in the location diagram shown below.
Consultation has now closed. Lots 112,113 and 317 (together) will be transferred to council on registration of Lot 2 in DP1270901 and Lot 224 in DP1308590 respectively. This is looking likely to be in April/May in 2025
What is operational land?
Operational land ordinarily comprises of land held as an asset or as an investment, land which facilitates Council carrying out its functions or land which may not be open to the general public.
