Proposed classification of land at Industry Central, South Murwillumbah

Submissions on this proposal were open from 03 July to 31 July 2024. No submissions were received. 

At its meeting on 15 August 2024 Council resolved to classify the land as operational.

Council is seeking local community feedback on the proposed classification of land at Industry Central, South Murwillumbah. Please provide your feedback by 4 pm on Wednesday 31 July 2024.

A subdivision of Council-owned operational land (Lots 603 and 604 in DP1244954; 208 Lundberg Drive, South Murwillumbah) will create proposed Lots 701-712.

Council proposes to classify the land as operational land in accordance with the provisions of section 31(2) of the Local Government Act 1993.

The lots are outlined in the location diagrams shown below.
