In accordance with section 162(1) of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice that it proposes to name the road dedicated in a plan of subdivision of Lot 1 DP601049 & Lot 1 DP1084992 (DA06/0897) in Tanglewood, Tweed Shire as shown below:

A period of 15 working days from the date of this notice is allowed for any person to lodge a written objection to the proposed naming. Any objections should state clearly the reasons for such objections.
Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
