CP10 was approved by Council on 22 June and comes into effect on 29 June.

The Adopted Report and Council Resolution are now available in the Documents section of this page.

The current adopted plan is available here.

Once you click on the link, scroll down to Developer contributions (S7.11). Navigate to the black button titled 'Current Contribution Plans' and select the + on the right. This will open a list of all current contribution plans.

A review of Councils Contribution Plans is underway and as part of this review Contribution Plan No.10 has been updated.

What is Contribution Plan No.10 about?

CP10 refers to the development contribution plan for Cobaki Lakes Public Open Space and Community Facilities.

Council is authorised under Section 7.11 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act to collect monetary and/or 'in kind' contributions from developers towards the cost of providing additional infrastructure required as a result of that development.

CP10 specifies the contribution required for open space and community facilities, as well as land dedication for stormwater and internal roads in the Cobaki Lakes development area.


What has been updated?


The Contribution Plan (CP) has been reviewed and the following amendments have been made:

  • an update to the current Contribution Plan from a superseded Development Control Plan
  • a new works program arising out of Council's Community Facilities Plan 2019-2036 has been incorporated
  • references to updated population projections based on current available data
  • updated cost estimates resulting in updated developer contributions for community facilities in the CP10 area
