Council proposes to classify land at 39 West End Street as operational land (proposed Lots 4, 5 and 6 in the plan of subdivision of Lots 3 and 4 in DP1298421). This is in accordance with the provisions of section 31(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).
